Context

Voyagr is a real-time, AI-enhanced delivery marketplace designed for diaspora communities and underserved markets. The platform connects individuals who need to send goods internationally with trusted travelers who have unused luggage space. By leveraging peer-to-peer logistics, Voyagr enables faster, more affordable, and more human shipping alternatives especially in regions where traditional delivery options are limited or overpriced. Voyagr Inc. is officially incorporated in Canada as a federally registered startup. The MVP was developed independently and presented live to investors during the CIX Summit 2025 in Toronto, where it received strong early validation.

Built and deployed MVP with secure authentication, real-time map-based search, and traveler-to-sender booking flows
Architected AI-powered smart matching engine to optimize delivery pairings based on location, travel routes, item type, and urgency (to be integrated post-funding)
Planned integration of passport verification, ID upload, escrow logic, and Stripe for secure payment processing after funding round
Strategically designed for launch across high-demand diaspora corridors: Tunis ↔ Paris, Paris ↔ Casablanca, Montréal ↔ Tunis
