Context
PillPall was designed to help patients (especially elderly and chronic illness sufferers) better manage their medication schedules, health documents, and access to treatment. I led the team from ideation through delivery, working closely with the client to design the architecture, scope features, and prepare a scalable backend that can support analytics for pharma partnerships like Novartis and Pfizer Tunisia. The platform is fully functional but currently not hosted, as the client is actively raising funds to launch across the MENA region, with a strong focus on marketing and user acquisition.

- Implemented a flexible, multi-layered reminder system that adapts to the user's daily habits and treatment schedules
- Designed with accessibility and simplicity in mind to ensure ease of use for elderly and non-tech-savvy users
- Built a detailed medication tracking system with real-time feedback to empower users in managing chronic treatments
- Enabled patients to securely upload, categorize, and access medical documents anytime
- Integrated local pharmacy listings and real-time promotions to simplify refills and purchases
- Built a mobile-native notification system to support medication adherence through passive and persistent alerts
- Developed a backend dashboard for user analytics, segmentation, and partner integrations (e.g., IQVIA, Novartis, Pfizer)
- Delivered all mobile app modules in under 2 months by driving team motivation, clear specs, and agile sprint planning
