Context
DepoGro is a B2B platform tailored for the retail distribution ecosystem. It connects clients, ambassadors, admins, and delivery agents in one powerful solution. I led the project from idea to execution, shaping specs, managing Agile sprints in Jira, building the roadmap, and supporting both business logic and DevOps setup.
Key Achievements
- Drafted full product spec, UX flow, and user roles with stakeholders
- Oversaw mobile + web app development using React Native, Next.js, and Nest.js
- Designed scalable AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Route 53)
- Integrated with external stock API for live inventory sync
- Created marketing assets (logo, visuals) and coordinated domain + hosting
- Currently maintaining platform with new features & updates
